Lincolnshire produces one fifth of the nation’s food and the seasonal variety ensures that our chefs are always developing exciting ways to use home produced meat, vegetables, award winning ale, artisan chocolate and cheeses that would make you proud to be French!! For the last 2 years we have been awarded a Tastes of Lincolnshire award for our innovative use of local produce. Last year we were highly commended and this year we are proud to announce that we were THE WINNER in our category.
Our use of local produce includes hot and cold smoking meat, poultry, fish and cheeses on the premises. We also serve an impressive Lincolnshire Tapas menu where every dish features local produce. In many instances we are able to arrange visits where you can see for yourself where our food is produced and discover parts of the county that you may have otherwise dismissed.
