During your visit we will be able to check availability for your chosen date. We can hold provisional bookings for 30 days, in which time we can provide prices based on your requirements..
You may wish to visit us again to talk through your detailed requirements with our wedding co-ordinator, before confirming your booking.
When confirming your booking we will require a non-refundable deposit of £587.50 along with the signed copy of your booking form. We can then confirm your reservation in writing. All bookings are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Olde Barn Hotel..
Final payment is due in full as is the confirmation of guest numbers 30 days prior to the date of your Wedding..
