With views across open farmland our Fitness Suite has a range of equipment that will suit all ages and abilites. The 31 stationed air conditioned Suite has a selection of Cardio Vascular machines to burn body fat and work the heart and lungs together with Resistance machines to tone up. Some equipment has their own individual TV screens so you can tune into your favourite show or watch the big match while training and not miss a thing.
To help you reach your goals we offer an individual personal programme with the Fitness Team to help you along your way. Alternatively you can join one of our many Group Fitness Classes available in our Studio/Pool.
