Our Brigade
Our Head Chef and his team are passionate about the
wonderful local producers that are found in abundance in Lincolnshire.
They rear the finest meat and grow nearly all the vegetables that are
consumed in the United Kingdom. The majority of our herbs are grown
in our extensive herb gardens and our membership of 'Tastes of Lincolnshire'
demonstrates our commitment to sourcing the very best local ingredients
possible. Lincolnshire is truly a food haven and we hope you
