We have an excellent reputation for producing innovative menus , which are prepared by our passionate chefs  using top quality locally grown or produced ingredients and fresh herbs from our extensive herb gardens.

Delicious meals are available in our atmospheric Barn Restaurant and bar. We can also offer private dining in both our delightful Allington and Newton Suites for those special occasions or business functions.

The restaurant and bar take last orders at 9.30pm

Abbey Parks roast vegetable soup

Oakham Farm chicken liver pate served with crispy leaves melba toast

and onion chutney

Classic prawn cocktail served with celery and apple salad and marie rose sauce

Stilton and pear salad served with raspberry vinaigrette

Slow cooked shoulder of Fenland lamb served with a rich merlot reduction

Saddleback pork loin served with chorizo cream

Grimsby market salmon steak served with new potato sun dried tomato

and red onion salad

Wild mushroom and baby spinach risotto with a crisp rocket salad

 

Dessert

 Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce

Chocolate tart served with Chantilly cream

Strawberry cheesecake with mango coulis

Fresh fruit salad

 Locally sourced Artisan cheeses with biscuits, celery & grapes charged at 2.90 supplement or 7.10 if taken as an additional course to your dessert

 

Coffee or tea with mints 2.60 per person
